Psychotherapy in Islam

That's the topic that i get few day ago.

This assignment is under subject Introduction of Counselling and psychotherapy.
it's very challenging for me. It's hardest assignment since before~


This sem is really different with last sem,what we have to learn are much more than before.
lot of skills, lot of theories we need to remember and apply in our assignment and exam.


Since 1st day i attended lecture class, i started getting stress. Because of lecturer? a bit. I know that's my own problem actually.
I should know how to let off all this stuff.
