曼谷行 + JYJ演唱会

上两个星期与一班朋友到曼谷旅行...

毕竟不是假期，只待在那三天~

所以整个行程有点赶...

2号12点的班机，抵达曼谷，去到酒店就直奔演唱会地点~

好吧，我承认这趟行程目的是去看演唱会，但也可以说是去旅行，顺便去看con...一样，一样啦~

我好兴奋，那里简直像个联合国，日本，台湾，韩国，印尼，包括我们马来西亚的fans，人真的好多好多！

进到现场，那感觉跟m'sia的场地很不同，伸展台超级酷！摇滚区的fans可以说是零距离接近歌手。。。

就算坐山顶区也能很清楚看见主台....

可见国外的主办单位多么棒！！

另个特点这个world tour concert是金在中本人亲自操刀策划整场演唱会，而且将录制DVD，所以完全是最棒的首两场~

第一场我里主台比较远，不过看见整个红海，能亲身体验那中感觉好爽！

第二场坐得靠近主台多了，看到jaejoong美得不像话~ junsu 的武技超赞，yuchun那王子气质，aww~~ 这天我完全没拍照，好好的享受~ 毕竟这天捉得非常严，no camera，no DSRL，no DV...

幸运的是竟然在酒店遇到他们，看到喝茫的他们，平时看不见的摸样，啊~~~

也让他们看到是M'sia fans 的纸牌，点了点头 ，笑了笑，任务完成!!!

晚上也去了做足部按摩，真是超级享受，服务又好！！赞！

还有泰国的食物很好吃，连泡面都很好吃！

这的深思的一天

昨天，发生了近百年来日本最严重的地震。。。

8.9记得地震，相等于百多颗的原子弹！！！

在FB看到这么一段文:

现在全东京电话都不能用，只有网络。所有人这时候都在走路回家，电车瘫痪。日本人只担心没食物。店长还很敬业的开店，怕大家没食物吃。只有超市关门，货物都倒了，无法营业。
** 几百人在广场避震完毕，整个过程，无一人抽烟。服务员在跑，拿来一切毯子，热水，饼干。所有男人帮助女人，跑回大楼为女人拿东西 ，接来电线放收音机。几个小时后，人散，地上没有一片垃圾。
** 地震後，日本三得利公司宣布所有販售機將免費供應飲料！日本的711和全家全部免费提供食品和饮水！渴了，自动贩卖机免费；饿了，便利店免费；累了，大超市开放避难；寂寞了，公众电话免费；听不懂日语，电视台中文喊话教怎么避难。這就是國家形象，日本雖然受災，日本人卻給世人上了一課.

看了心里觉得好安慰，虽然悲剧发生了，但这灾难促使他们更团结，紧紧地把心连在一起。。。

中午时分，看到消息后吓了一跳，想到远在日本念书的朋友，在日本居住的朋友，都一一发了信

息，但却迟迟没回复，心里的担心加重了。。。

到了夜晚9时多，才渐渐捎来平安信息，才正正地放心~

跟他们聊天，几乎都不敢睡，每半小时的余震，不时的天气预报，刺耳的警报声，都使他们不得

不提高警惕。。。

在这里的我，都觉得累，这灾难深深地摧残着他们的体力，精神！！！

希望在日本的各位能好好照顾自己，恢复到原来的样子不容易，要加油！！！

年假过了，又回到充满压力的地方~~

study week

不知不觉又进入study week 了。。。

来到这个时候，每天做的不外是读书，做笔记。。。
若做其他东西的话，会觉得浪费时间似的，呵呵~~~

想想真的很久没来写写东西了。。。
现在是2010年最后一个月份，也意味着2011年即将到来。。。
是新的开始啊~~~
2010年对我来说自然是充实，特别，与众不同的一年。。。
经历了很多很多的第一次啊~~~。。。
很多东西迟点会update，之前太懒了！！！

有时候想把那些珍贵的画面都牢牢记住，却事与愿违。。。
时间是分分秒秒地过，新的东西也不断地来临。。。

写的有点像发牢骚，哈哈~~

实习完毕

三个月的实习终究完成。。。

里面参杂了开心的，期待的，兴奋地，不舍得，担心的，疲惫的，等等心情。。。

突然抱怨为什么不再多一个月，那我就可以跟大家再相处多一个月。。。

今天的farewell party，在发表感言时，我见到林老师哭了，眼睛很红很红。。。

原来大家都很不舍，建立一段感情不容易。。。

在AKASHA跟大家相处的这段时间让我有家的感觉，真的不想离开。。。

当时的我没有掉眼泪的感觉，

可是现在这一刻，我的眼泪不受控制的流下。。。

两个月没来了。。。

这期间发生了很多事， 也经历了很多。。。

眼看3个月的实习生涯快结束了。。。

要感谢的人太多了。。。
感谢他们的指导，他们的包容和他们的陪伴~~~


6月23，24，25日的学生营。


前几天才去了他们的学校做follow up。。。

在营里面看见他们的改变真的很感动，以后这样的生活营要多办！！！

7月期间参加了两个workshop，来自台湾龚万喉老师带领。。。
第一个工作坊是“悲伤治疗工作坊”，让我了解到“心理剧”的疗效是何其的大。。。
有机会的话还会再次参加。。。

第二个是“重塑美丽人生”工作坊，了解对婴孩，少年，成年以后，在工作上的难题，甚至对死亡的观点。。。
每个人还写了遗书，把最后的遗言写出来，然后念给大家听。。。
原来当下的心情是那样子的。。。

接下来是没抱什么期待，但是是最另我难忘的APYC “亚太青年营”。。。




来自亚洲不同国家的青年聚在一起。。。

现在还是那么怀念那6天5夜。。。

期待着明年在Melbourn的17th APYC。。。（有机会的话）

实习的第二个活动

13.06.10 -14.6.10

这两天的的活动是2天1也体验营。。。

当天早上到了那边，跟学员有了小小的互动，相处得来也跟容易了~~~

玩过了安排好的游戏，与大家之间的隔膜也渐渐消除了~~~

到了晚上分享感受的时候，顿时一片沉默，可能大家也累了吧，不过能感受到彼此心里暖暖的！！！

第二天以上课和教学为重，不像一般的学习，学员能够与老师保持互动，让整个气氛变得有趣多了。

到了营会的尾声，学员把这2天1夜的想法在众人面前念出来，然后把带来的礼物送给他们认为改变最多的学员。。。

在听了他们的感想，为他们的所得到的而感动。。。
有些学员是被朋友拉来参加，可是到最后却没有后悔出席~~~

接下来还有更多挑战， 加油！！！

jungle tracking

昨天跟中心的老师到Shah Alam Taman Pertanian...

第一次jungle tracking，真正的经历其中。。。

老师是出奇的熟悉里面的方向，要用小跑来跟上他。。。

被5只水蛭咬到，差一点跌进水里，差一点被刺，其他的还好。。。

Sili 就跌倒2次，没被水蛭咬，侥幸下~~~

虽然一度想返回，但如果没坚持完成整个行程，就不晓得走到出口的那番心情，太棒了~~~

偿了几口清凉透彻的山泉水，比平时的开水清甜~~~

下次应该还有机会吧~~~

遇见

话说上星期一我走在section 14的路上， 遇见了两年不见得朋友。。。

曾经是很要好的朋友，去金宝后就少有联络了。。。

直到遇见了她，问她的手机号码有没有换，还说了得空见面。。。

那刻唤起了我的记忆，回到了那时候大家在一起的时光。。。

要多疯，就多疯~

直到前两天，又遇见了她，还有另个朋友，也是很要好的~

她把头发剪短了，刚刚看了她的blog，是刚剪不久的！

看着她，感觉变了，有点陌生...

她有留意我的部落格，谢谢~~~
